To understanding my client and his business, I asked a lot of questions so I could uncover and navigate any areas of concern potential clients might have. I created a professional identity with credibility and groundedness for an unusual type of business. The website needed a substantial FAQ section, information about Alistair’s own experiences and lots of testimonials to bring credibility and reassurance.
